i have this toonie I got in change ,its in excellent shape but almost looks like plastic and weighs 7.5 grams ,it is magnetic looks like a proof but rims are quite dull and grey doesn't even feel right, any ideas?

yes 2011 , has a specimen strike.. all the bu sets have specimen strikes in them..
