1945 D Mercury Multi Error Need Some Help Please.

Eyez Pillar of the Community United States 584 Posts	Posted 03/17/2020 2:35 pm picked this up from last coin show for my collection because had a nice sheen luster to it. So looking at the coin more noticed some flaking and maybe strike thru on front and back. At first I thought it was re dipped but then looking at it didnt show any reprocess to my eyes,it weighs 2.43gr and passes tissue test almost pure white, So what I'm thinking is a partial bonding before strike? due to strike thru?
