This coin does not seem to had PMD but looks like a die chip (maybe) can't be a Cud since it is not on the rim area.
Please let me know your thoughts.

@FH, looks to me like the copper plating might have a hole in it around part of the mintmark and the underlying zinc core is now starting to deteriorate.
