1989 Penny Raised Area On Obverse

Came across this penny with a raised area on the obverse affecting the ability to see the full L in LIBERTY but the I appears unaffected. On the reverse, the U appears thicker on the left side compared to the right. I wanted to get some thoughts if this was a keeper or toss back into the jar.

Thanks. And when I took and uploaded the photo I made sure it was in the right position but I guess when it I used the optimizer it rotated the photo.
