@szeryf, the crenulated damage in your last two pics is most likely caused from impact of the edge of another quarter (not a mint error).

Contact with the reeds from another coin:
2005-P-Kansas-Quarter-.....need-Help
Rest of the damage to the coin may have happened after the strike. Compare this damage from coin to coin to see if it is exactly the same, or just looks like the same. Unless it is an exact match, then it would not be a die issue.

i have done pictures of 2 coins,the best to see they are identic are in the D and A of the word DollAr

Then it is probably an issue with die scratches on the fields. Not a premium item, but looking deeper we can see if was a die event that caused the field damage. (That is how all learn. Dig deeper, but hope someone does buy you:
