They are worth something, but it's not much.
Very common serial numbers.
A dealer would not buy these notes from you for more than face value.
You could likely get about $1.75-$2.75 each on ebay.
By the time you pay fees and shipping and if your time is worth anything you might as well have spent them at face value.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Are they still legal tender,maybe at a bank?...what about older 50 cent pieces,non silver dollars? H50
