not going to send to many pictures this doubling is on wings and many other areas on the reverse.

IT is Machine Doubling. Also the 1980 forward SBA were all wide rims. It was only narrow rims in 1979, except for the wide rim Philly coins that are collectables. I'd call them a "year variety" as it only occurred on a few dies. (How many? Who knows.)
