History Of Franklin FBL Designation With PCGS And NGC

Numisto Valued Member United States 195 Posts	Posted 03/22/2020 11:04 am Hi all, Maybe quick question here: does anybody know when PCGS and NGC began marking FBL on Franklin halves? I have an older PCGS slab that looks to be FBL but I don't know a enough about FBL to be sure. Either they didn't mark it at that time or I am just wrong. It appears to be a PCGS holder gen 2.2, so 1989-90. Thanks for any thoughts, N Report this Post to the Staff
