Hello, sharing this 1990 penny I found this morning. There are two spots on the obverse, one below the chin and one directly in front. Both definitely hard and not just bubbles. On the reverse, there appears to be a die crack through the R in America.

@js, yes that is a die crack on the reverse for sure. As to the hard bubbles, it might be trapped debris.
