Here are some better pictures. Please don't complain that they were taken with a microscope, the error was detected with a 10x loupe. The microscope is for taking good pictures only.

Looks like some die clashes on reverse and obverse.

Sure looks further away from the date huh John 1? I also noticed that my clashes are differently located as well.

I guess based in the position alone it most resembles the -003 but that one didn't mention reverse clashing. How do I know if his tie is reengraved?

Note the date digits are smaller in size. So the die was probably over polished and reduced the size.

It would also explain why there is no clash on the obverse as well huh? Is that a good assumption Coop?

The location of the mintmark is not the same as DDO-008. Also not 003 or 004.
