Found this 2008 5 cent piece while noodling and was wondering whether this can be classified as "oil on die"?

I'm not an expert but the even look on both sides concerns me, it could be acid damage. Have you got an accurate weight of the coin? If it is under weight it could be PSD

I'd guess some sort of intentional damage - hard to say what from the photos though.
