Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can weigh in, since I just started getting into RPMs, but I think you may have stumbled onto RPM-001. If so, awesome find.

Edit: Also, incidentally, 1968-S is the lowest mintage Memorial cent, so I tend to save ones in decent condition like this anyway.

Not a RPM. It is Machine Doubling on the date and the mintmark. Note it is the same on the date and mintmark. If it were a RPM it would not show the same affected direction. It is Machine Doubling when they affected areas are in the same direction.
