2019 D Lincoln Shield Cent Does This Look Doubled?

AliLyn Valued Member United States 88 Posts	Posted 03/27/2020 1:58 pm Does this look doubled? Obverse? Date & MM, IGWT, Liberty, Reverse? Entire reverse pretty much looks doubled to me in many areas. I've posted numerous photos with different angles and lighting to hopefully keep it from having too much glare or shadows -bottom of Shield below letters N and E - feeder damage under EPU? -Possible die crack bottom right of banner,? -doubled on word CENT? These are some areas that stood out to me, thought? I have 3 of these, but this is the only one with the gouge by the date. Report this Post to the Staff

Daves Errors Pillar of the Community United States 1566 Posts	Posted 03/27/2020 2:12 pm Alilyn: Also, when your taking pictures of shiny coins they will sometimes look like they have a little doubling as your coin is doing. If the light is to bright or you angle the camra. you see glare on the coin. Try to take your pictures head on no angle and this will go away.To answer your question NO its not Doubled. Most are directly downward angles I posted except the date pictures and I reduced lighting in some as well. I have three of these. I guess I thought it looked like it was doubled because I can see it "inside" the B on Liberty for example but I am still trying to figure it out. Thanks Report this Post to the Staff
