My daughter found some twenties in a pocket that she forgot about and when she showed what she found, I was intrigued. Can anyone here tell me if this is a genuine twenty dollar bill? Or can you tell me anything about it?

Just some sort of verification or teller's stamp. Of no consequence to value, just worth face here.

Some foreign handlers of US currency, especially in the Arab world, put small hand stamps on the back of our bills to show that they have been authenticated. Here is another example:
