There are examples of a small date over a large date. But when you see the '0' over the other zero, then you know that digit was a different size:
1960-LMC-DDO-Large-6-Over-Small-6

But as mentioned all the small dates looked that way:
1960-LMC-DDO-Large-6-Over-Small-6
