Hard to tell from the foto, but it looks to be VF-20 - VF-30, with environmental damage (the green and white spots). It has very little extra numismatic value, unless it is one of the scarcer varieties with that date. from the photo, it's hard to see any markers or ID's. It's worth less than $4-5 Cdn (@ $3 US) but you should keep it because all Victoria early coins are pretty neat..
