Require info - is this doubling on 1963-D obverse . What is the error termed in between number 9 and 6 . Is it a good find.

Looks normal the DDO is on the '3'

So is the doubling on Lincoln face normal.

Looks like Machine Doubling only you can see it because you looked at the coin in hand. But by inverting the images, I can see the glare is hiding it:
1963-D---Type-Of-Doubling-?
It is Machine Doubling and reflection on the curve of the fields to the bust. No where else on the coin can you see it. Even the strongest doubled die barely show any affect on the area you are looking at.

But note even the eyelid is affected on this doubled die. So this is not a doubled die on your coin.

Coop nailed it. It is Machine Doubling. Reduce devices usually means that it's Machine Doubling.

The inverting the images works great. I don't know how many can do this, but I have seen this on a few posts.
