Hi Everyone,
I posted this 1970-s die chip a week or so ago. Today I found another and was checking for small date/large date and I noticed many images on the web had a very similar looking blob in the S. I guess I am looking for assurance that mine is large date, and not a small date with worn device. My coin:

That bottom die chip looks awfully simlar?

If you are calling a die chip in the upper part of the mintmark, then it is not a chip. This is from a damaged mintmark punch damage on the mintmark.
