Problem With Uploading Images

When I go to the CCF image optimizer, the green number is under 300kb. However, when I go to use the optimized image for upload, it still says that the image size is over 300kb. I don't understand what is going wrong here.

I just figured it out lol. I got it to work on a post in US Modern Variety and Errors subforum.
