I am new to this and I just found this coin I believe the clad could be missing But not sure. Does anyone know what this is

To CCF! Your coin is showing Environmental Damage. PSD (Post Strike Damage). Not an error coin.

Obverse looks indistinct, which could mean low pressure strike, perhaps the result of an underweight planchet.

1. Underweight planchets are possible, if the clad layer is missing.
Need to know the accurate weight to confirm.

2. Clad coins have a copper core. That is obvious, when the edge is examined.
Need a couple of pictures of the edge.
