Rescued this Walking Liberty "missing designer initials" from an old PVC flip. Green spots are starting to appear around some of the edges and liberty's neck, so I'm thinking about sending it in for Restoration.
Thoughts on the grade?

Not the best images to grade from, but I'll say MS-63.

Thanks Coinfrog. I was thinking the same thing...
Also hoping the restoration might boost it to a 64. The price difference between the two grades is pretty significant.

MS63

The coin value is not worth sending in for restoration unless it can grade above MS65. I would recommend soaking the coin in pure acetone for a few hours to get rid of the green spots and let it air dry. It looks like a nice example.

Thanks for the input Slider. I should have put it in my title but this is the FS-901 variety where the designer's initials are all but missing. It'd be worth it to restore even at a 63 grade. The third picture is a 66 from PCGS's website:

It's a real nice Walker in my opinion . I'm giving it a 64.
