Hello I found this 1954 Wheat penny and noticed that the Wheat image seems blotted, is this a possible error that makes it more valuable?

Does the Retained Cud make it substantially more valuable?

It is a nice Retained Cud! Some people collect only them. substantially more valuable? No, not buckets of cash. Search ebay's sold listings to get a rough idea.

No but it is worth saving in a 2x2.
