The Whitman Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2007 album stops at 2007 because the 2007-dated coins fill up the last spots on the fourth page of the album. Instead of adding a fifth page, the album was capped at four.
You could get one of the four-page 1959-2007 albums and then buy a blank cent page plus get one of the Date Transfer Sheet packs that Whitman sells to customize a fifth page for 2008 and beyond.
Whitman makes other Lincoln Cent album series that allow cents up to the present to be added, but the date ranges are different.

Looking through the pictures, it looks like the last hole on the last page is 2007-S -- it would require another page for 2008 unless they dropped the varieties (large/small dates and 1972 doubled die). https://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/pr...59-date.html
No problem with my Whitman Albums. They all start at 1909 and go all the way up to present. I just keep adding pages as required. Then use their press on number/letters to complete. Example:
I have custom album with blank cent, nickel, and dime pages that I started using when the Lincoln, Jefferson, and Roosevelt Dansco albums were filled. I started the first blank cent page with 2008.
Using blank pages also allows me to slip these special W cent and nickels into place.
