For those who know this program, you have done every thing right up to and into the Batch Process section, now you have to name your coin in the New File Name box, it only yets you use so many letters and or #'s

1/ Is there a way to get more letters and # into this box?

2/ Can you get rid of the Sequence numbers?

3/ OR do you have to file the pic with what ever you can get in the box and then rename file in the program you save things to?
This is what I'm doing now but it does seem like an extra step.

Any help thanks.

Are you entering the file name into the new string area?
It gives you a pretty large number of letters.

You can't get rid of Sequence Number as it needs a unique name after each batch process.

DPP is more a RAW convertor editor, its not like an album creator.

Yes I do know that and have an album for them all.

Your page does look a little bit different than mine, I can get 30 spaces in my "new file box" some times that is not enough.
On yours you have the new file name the sequence box and one more that I don't have.

It's just a new version. I only take RAW images and all the adjustment I make are available. Since your version is so old, it might not upgrade. You'll probably have 2 DPP. I've upgraded every 6 months, there isn't much difference in the application.
