I have been reading on the internet and it said that it was told there were 1999 double dies out there and this is what I found...
only the rus in trust has anything and also the date. what do you think

To date, the only doubled dies found on the 1999 Lincoln Cent have been on the reverse with all of those doubled dies having extra columns.

The pictures that are shown have Machine Doubling.
