Hi Andrea, welcome to the forum.

It clearly seems like a Machine Doubling to me. There are far more experienced people than I am in this forum, and I guess they are able to give you an exact idea.

I really love 20th century Italian coin designs. Even today, some of the best circulating Euro designs are Italian ones for me. I love Italian national design Euro 10c and 50c.
