Brass or gilded jewellery pieces (which are copies of Ottoman gold coins of this type) are very common and this looks like one of those from the colour. It bears a resemblance to coins of this type: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces33123.html https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces11613.html However, the flowers do not appear to be located correctly (I could not find a type with a flower located directly below the date), and the embellishment just inside the rim is not correct, there is no beaded circle, etc. The other option is that it a slightly different type that is less easily found in standard catalogs.
