I believe you're the same member that previously asked about a well circulated modern $20 you thought might be collectible. This is basically the same but a different denomination. A well worn note with a semi-interesting serial number. I should have provided this link on your last thread to give you an idea what is considered fancy and collectible. Ok so one of the comments in that post was about turning it over and the were still numbers along that line anyway so that means nothing . Ok cool thanks so much for your time.

You're describing a Rotator Note. I guess it makes it more interesting, especially if you like viewing your notes upside-down.
