I'm thinking it's just old but the closer I look the more I cant really tell. I know the older coins PSD is normally the issue but the words, date, and some letters L WE ST on the obverse and IC on reverse. Sorry for all the post but still learning and if you dont know exactly what you're looking at can be confusing. Thanx

If you really want to learn about errors and varieties, I recommend you taking some time to read up on different errors found here within the CCF. There is a wealth of information here to teach you how to distinguish varieties for yourself. Look. Read. Learn. If you still want more, we can recommend books on specific coins if you'd like, just ask.

I recommend getting a Cherry Pickers Guide and read it cover to cover.

Looks like coin wrapper damage on the obverse and a hard life in circulation. Spender. (Even though it is my graduation year)
