Ok its definatly well circulated curious if the signature is supposed to be in this place it looks like it was printed on there and it's not real noticable when looking at it. Please where is this from and any errors? Value? Thanks

It is a 5 euro banknote, valid in the countries belonging to the European Monetary Union (EMU), which means most countries in the European Union. Euro banknotes look the same regardless of which EMU country they are printed in, but one can deduce which country they are from by the first character in the serial number. On your banknote that is 'U', meaning this banknote is printed in France. That however has no significance for its validity, it is still valid in all EMU countries.

The signature is where it should be. It is the signature of Jean Claude Trichet, at the time President of the European Central Bank.

I cannot see any obvious errors, it looks like a normal 5 euro banknote. Its value is 5 euros - it is still valid.

Here's another "Trichet" (from France) I bought late last year:
http://goccf.com/t/58789&whichpage=93#3157614 (about $11USD & the least expensive 5 Euro banknote I have ever bought)
The following are the first "Diusenberg" signature

Now the cool thing about Euros is that they may be issued from one country but actually printed from another. The above 20 Euro was printed by TDLR from England (H printer's code). You can find more info about where Euros were issued (or printed) at EuroBillTracker
