Hi, is this coin authentic?
It's real gold and weighs 7.2 grams.
But is it a real ancient Roman coin?
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, it is not genuine. The obverse belongs to Caracalla (Antoninus) who ruled AD 198-217 and the reverse belongs to a coin of the Roman Republican moneyer Q. Antonius Balbus, 83-82 BC.

I agree with KS, not a genuine coin.

This coin needs an independently verifiable provenance irrespective if genuine or otherwise.
