I'm a little confused if someone could help explain to me why ,just for example ,is the 1982 kenedy half dollar no FG considered an error, being the FG was removed by over polishing and Jefferson's pony tail ,being over polished removing some of the detail, not fall into the same category or something similar, this is one of the things I guess I'm having trouble understanding kind of like Mechanical Doubling but I'll get into that later again thanks to all participants

It's basically determined by what collectors deem interesting. Devices that are entirely missing are more interesting that ones only partially missing.

I'm leaning towards a minor grease strike through. The rest of the coin seems to be of the correct definition.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
