From these pics. your coin looks like a normal strike with glare/light doubling.

I agree with Chase007. Your lighting is causing all of this from the glare.
Errers and Varietys.

Here are better pics. guys. I'm sorry that the others had to much glare but I thought that it would define what I want to show better.

COOP, If you don't mind me asking: What do you use to take pics with? 1- for close up to show for example a DDO or RPM ( I don't see a mounted Camera on your scope) 2- to take a pic of a whole coin ( diameter from cent to Ike) I am saving up for a MacroCoins photography system offered by Ray Parkhurst, ultimately that would be my retirement gift to myself I would love to be able to photograhp like the examples below,

I use an older camera I bought on line. They used to retail back in the day for $999.00. But I bought three of them years later for $9.99. They are old, but I've used this style of camera for $25 years. They use the 3.5 floppy disks. I still have two more I've not even unwrapped yet. I like Rays images a lot. When he takes images, he mentioned Something about using 26 images to make one image. They look great. So you would probably use this selectively. (Not that all images need be that detailed) It just shows off the 3-D effect to make you feel you are on another planet and your walking up to a mountain. Be he also takes not as detailed images as well: 3-D image: So when you get some images let me know I can always use great images to teach with.

I did the same thing with my old, manual 35mm Pentax, it was a great camera until my grand son decided to throw it into the Creek! Quote: he mentioned Something about using 26 images to make one image Wow, had no idea, but I'm up for the challenge. Those images just take you into another diemntion
