The first side looks like the Piast eagle and a legend possibly pertaining to Duke Wladyslaw of Opole (Oppeln, Silesia). The design is imitating the reverse of 15th-16th century coins of this part of Europe (Poland-Lithuania-Silesia)
So, indeed, combining that with a Roman obverse is rather interesting, even for a fantasy coin.
