@wp1, first welcome to CCF. Second, when we see coins that look wrinkled like this, we usually attribute it to them being exposed to high heat. This might be a campfire coin.

Thanks Spence. Ive always referenced coin community when I have found something of interest. Ive been coin roll hunting for about 10 years now. This is the first of this kind ive found. It makes a lot of sense as being a high heat issue.
