I have not been on the forum much recently. I damaged my hand a few weeks ago and have been concentrating on getting it back to full working order. I have recovered about as much dexterity as I think I'm going to just need to build the strength back up. Today I tried my first cut coin since the accident. I altered my puzzle design a little to allow an extra two pieces. Hand cut with a jewelers saw and an 8/0 blade. At first glance the Peace dollar looked in pretty good shape. but the second picture shows the scratches left on ot after someone tried to polish it.

Great work! Sorry to hear you got hurt. The Peace dollar looks whizzed. Explains the circular, concentric lines

Nice work Richard, I know what you mean about your hand did that 3 years ago, had to be flown to Toronto to get fixed up. Took over a year to get to almost normal. Hope you to get back to normal.
