I know an 88 with a 89 reverse is a thing but is it possible vica Versa exists and is this what this is? Appreciate any help.

Sorry forgot to add first coin is a 89 d second is a 88 3rd is coin in question

The supposed 1989 "RDV-005" was debunked by Ken Potter years ago. I think I found that information in a coin book I read. It was caused by over polishing the die. That's why the initials look like that. They were altered by the polishing.
