Given the photos posted, I'm not seeing any doubling. Appears to be a common, lightly circulated '69 cent--complete with some environmentally-caused spotting.

I recommend using either variety Vista or Wexler's die varieties for reference so you know what the doubled die varieties for each date actually look like.
