There are lots of these date varieties for the early bronze halfpennies. This one would be classed as "1 over lower 1". They do command a premium, but there are not that many collectors for them, so not a lot.
It seems likely that a master die with the "186" was used for a lot of the coins, with the last digit being added in manually. Sometimes they got it wrong! You also get a wide range of spacings for the last digit.
