Out of these Farthings and Half penny's I purchased they are marked some I checked and cannot find any evidence of the claimed error's.
Actually I have a couple of questions.
1- is there a site that helps Identify errors?
The 1855 coin I have states "Detached Hair" not sure what it means!, Also W/O ribbon
2- On an 1855 I noticed that the pictured coin on (allcoinvalues) there is a ribbon hanging down behind the head

It would help to know if the images are of Halfpennies or Farthings!

Having said that, I cannot find any evidence of a ribbon hanging down on either denomination as shown in your allcoinvalues picture. Detached hair at the base of the bun on halfpennies also seems to be normal. Who attributed these varieties and where did you get the coins?
To answer your question about errors - there is far less interest in error coins in the UK than in the US. We love variations - where there is some change to the design or amendment to the dies, but errors such as filled die, double strikes, brockages, die cracks, Cuds etc are mostly taken as normal. I know of no website focusing on errors. There are good sites for penny and farthing variations, and another currently being developed for halfpennies:
https://headsntails14.wordpress.com/ for pennies
https://halfpennyvarieties.wordpress.com/home/ for halfpennies - not complete
http://aboutfarthings.co.uk/catalogue/ for farthings, though this is no longer being maintained and has some gaps.

I didn't answer you question about who attributed the errors. I do not know as I purchased a sheet of Farthings and half penny's from an online auction. They did not give any information about the consignee. The website you suggested ColonCooke.com is very helpful and interesting. It is full of double's and excellent examples.

Thank You for your help
