From what I can see, looks like a die crack so far on the obverse die.

Not a Cud.
A Cud would be a blob that extends out to and includes the rim.

Maybe a die crack.
But I can't tell because the black line masks it.

Die Crack. One of the most common areas for a crack. If it was rim to rim with some type of offset, it would be considered a Pre Cud or Retained Cud. This one is just a Die Crack
