I made a trade for this Morgan yesterday. I am not familiar with identification of the doubled eye lid.

Your Morgan is a clashed variety
Notice the point where her jaw meets her neck.
Also notice the area atop her chin and around her lips.
Not sure but try VAM 11A

Not doubled eyelid. Date position is not correct. It could be 1C or 35A too. Better pics will help.
