Yes AU-50 ,It doesn't look red at all . Nice condition for 61 years in the wild .

Truth be told, even after more than 60 years, it's basically just worth face value. But for what it's worth, when I was searching through cent bags in this very year (1959), a typical 1899 Indian Head cent found in circulation wasn't worth more than face either.
