Perhps MS-62 or 3, but need sharper pics.
With these pictures it appears un marked, but it is very hard to find tiny nicks and scratches that come with a barely circulated coin.
Very little hair detail to be seen and seems to be a soft strike from worn dies. Sharper pictures may prove otherwise.

Hair smooth, no breast feathers on the eagle. Either worn, very poorly struck, or much sharper pics needed.

To CCF , Your first 6 photos didn't help us at all .
The next ones were much better showing a nice coin but I don't think the coin is good enough to send in for grading .

Appears to be a lightly circulated, softly struck quarter--without serious issues. Thinking strong AU58, possible MS60. Not a bad coin.

Thanks for the Replies; wasn't planning on getting it Graded, but was Curious for ballpark idea of what it would be; my girlfriend and I are New to Coin collecting and CRH... Coun like this just Stands out above the rest being how old the coin is and how well of condition it is. I see what was said about the Hair; there is actually more detail then what photos suggest, I wish I could show the surface and "plain" that's what stood out to me. But until I actually see a MS66+ in person ;I can't imagine it...
