Hello Gents,

I apologize in advance if this is not the place to make posts about this sort of thing. I've been collecting coins since I was a young boy with my twin brother and I and have always maintained a passive interest in them. Anyway, I have tenants who pay me sometimes in cash which I use sometimes for day-to-day purchases and found two days ago a copper quarter for the state of Virginia, dates 2000. I've never seen anything like it and I'm wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom on the coin or not? Your input and time for me is always greatly appreciated!
