Your Franklin half dollar is extremely difficult to grade with the off-color images that don't indicate mint luster.

Likely AU-50 at best.

AU50 for me. The effects we're seeing in the photos may be the result of using a very low resolution JPEG factor when outputting the images--usually leads to a very soft/flat/less-distinct look. Too, cleaning may be an issue as well.

I'm at AU-50, maybe even EF-45 with the wear at the bottom of the bell.
