To answer your question, it is not the DDO-004 nor is it a true doubled die. What you're seeing is Master hub doubling and very common on 1972 Lincoln cents.
Hard to tell with the blurry pictures but the last picture almost looks like MD. If we have better pictures, then we'll know for sure. If it does happen to be a true DDO, it might be DDO-002 based on the spread.
I'm seeing Machine Doubling on the last few images on the left side of the motto devices. The date on the '9' doesn't look like a DDO: Note the arrows pointing towards the '9' on the date. That is what you will see on a DDO for this year. (and a few others near this date)
