Looks to have been harshly been wiped on the obverse, so probably only worth about a few dollars on the market, however it's still a nice filler, and I can't say I wouldn't pay $9 for it, as its still a fully readable example and if the obverse doesn't bother you, then I think it's a good piece.

I might be able to scrape up $9 for the second one if you want to sell it! Seriously though I would say the first coin is VG-8 or so. Good buy for $9

VG-8 Not sure about cleaning... The second set of pics look more natural.
