2001 P North Carolina State Quarter With Satin Finish?

Hi everyone, I posted this in the wrong section last night and with pictures that weren't good (these probably aren't any better, but it's what I have to work with at the moment. In the pics, I have placed the coin in question beside another normal circulated example, for comparison. Also, the 2 coins were alternated right and left in each picture, to hopefully eliminate any lighting issues. Any help is always much appreciated.

Your coin is not an odd fake, it's a normal, circulated damage, worn coin. No more no less. It may look like a satin finish in hand because the surface has taken so many hits. It's worth 25 cents, spend it.
