Radar Notes 123454321, replacement Star* Notes, or very very low serial numbers add value.
Notes younger than 50 years old or so need to be crisp with no folds or creases and somewhat close to being centered on the paper...
Poker hands do not add value, unless your in a pub...
Go thru the currency posts and you will pick up a lot of info...

Because the numbers are in no order; not to mention it's in poor condition.

It might be worth something if it were 01234567 or 76543210
